WINNING BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND PERSONNEL FOR REMOVAL AND TRANSPORTATION. THERE WILL BE NO HAND LOADING ASSISTANCE PROVIDED UPON PICK UP.
