This item is sold "as is, where is," both in physical appearance and mechanical condition. Parts may be missing. Unit is not operable. Vehicle is being sold at end of useful life for the agency. The seller makes no warranty of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the condition of this item. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. No claim will be considered for allowance, adjustment or recession based upon the failure of the property to meet expectations. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with removing the property from the seller's premises. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove this property from the seller's property and or premises with in 10 days after the bid closing. Property not removed during the stated time period may be levied a storage fee, and/or the sale may be declared null and void at the option of Blue Water Area Transit. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any applicable use or sales taxes.

Winning bidder is solely responsible for bringing the proper equipment, tools, and personnel for removal and transportation. There will be no loading assistance provided upon pick up.

Winning bidder is required to PAY FOR the item and OBTAIN BILL OF SALE at: Blue Water Area Transit, 2021 Lapeer Avenue, Port Huron, Michigan 48060, during normal business hours of 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Payment by cash, money order or certified check only. Saturday pickup must be arranged three days in advance.

No one will be admitted to the Blue Water Area Transit, Port Huron Mi. for the purpose of inspecting, or after payment picking up this item with out first contacting Steve Westbrook810-987-7373 ext 204, or at swestbrook@bwbus.com to prearrange an appointment.
