  • Usage: Must be frozen overnight before being placed on top of food pans. 
  • Compatibility: Designed to hold 2 1/2-inch and 4-inch deep pans. 
  • Specifications: Constructed from blue, heavy-duty polyethylene filled with non-toxic gel, and measures approximately 18 1/2" x 12 5/8" x 4".
