  • Purpose: It is used in non-electric insulated food carriers to extend the hot holding time of food beyond 4 hours. 

 

  • Functionality: The pellet is enclosed in a heat-resistant tray. It must be heated in an oven at a maximum of 350 degrees for 45 minutes before use.

 

  • Features: It keeps food above the safe temperature of 140 degrees. It is dishwasher safe and NSF-certified. 

 

  • Compatibility: Fits various Cambro carriers, including UPC300, UPC400, UPC600, and UPC800.
