Items can ONLY be inspected by appointment by contacting Kyle Royston at 517-853-4892. Item will be available for inspection by appointment Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 2:00pm.
Item is sold in untested “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” condition and must be removed at the Purchaser’s risk and expense. No Refunds of any kind will be given. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Winning bidder is solely responsible for bringing the proper equipment, tools and personnel for the removal and transportation of the item. There will be NO LOADING ASSISTANCE provided upon pick up.
Winning bidder is required to PAY FOR THE ITEM and OBTAIN A PAYMENT RECEIPT at: Meridian Township Municipal Building, Treasurer’s Office, 5151 Marsh Rd, Okemos, MI 48864, No Later Than 12:00pm August 12, 2022.
Item must be picked up by 12:00pm August 12, 2022.
NO ONE will be allowed access to the pickup location for the purpose of inspecting the item or picking up after payment of the item without first calling Kyle Royston at 517-853-4892, M-F, 7a-2p to prearrange an appointment.
