Item must be picked up from Waterford Police Department on Wednesday May 7th between 10am - 1pm or Thursday May 8th between 1pm and 4pm.

Payments accepted: Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Cashier’s Check, Money Orders or Credit Cards. No Personal/Business Checks will be accepted.

Auctions may be listed with a 6% Michigan Sales Tax. Vehicle sales will pay the 6% Michigan Sales Tax at the Secretary of State.

Tax Exempt customers are required to submit a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase in order to buy any item Tax Exempt. Click here to download form . A copy of your sales tax license will not be accepted. If we are not presented a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered Tax Exempt for any purchase. The successful bidder is responsible for including the appropriate sales tax in their Cashier’s Check or Money Order at time of pick-up.
