As is, where is. Buyer is responsible for picking up the blind at NSPD, M-F between 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Prior to pick up, buyer must obtain a receipt from the Finance Department at City Hall. Please coordinate with Brian Harris in the property room. Must be picked up at Norton Shores Police Department by appointment Monday through Friday only.
